Canal Mooring & Lights Company announced the approval of a 14% VAT on all service invoices for ships using the Suez Canal and docking at Port Said, Suez, Sokhna, and Sharm el Sheikh ports. The new tax, approved by the President of the Suez Canal Authority, becomes effective from 11/19/2023.
